it’s easy to join a session. look at the sidebar on the right. pick a training session you’d like to join and leave a comment with day and session type info below. you can assume 5:15pm (17:15) in the evening as the starting time. the place to meet during weekdays is here. on the weekends times and places are quite variable, let’s agree on something case by case.

monday october 27’s run will be later, have a meeting @work until 17:45, so it’ll be 18:00, but it’s going to be dark anyway, since the clocks are turned to winter time this coming night.

“thursday: 7km relaxed run, 3 accelerations”
I wonder if this would suit me…? Or then a slow run next week?

Would love to join you for a long, but I live in Stockholm. I’m also using NST in combination with Polar for my the logging of training sessions leading up to the Stockholm Marathon in May. NST ID is djh.sthlm through which I sent you a friend invite. Nice blog. Inspiring.

The marathon in Stockholm is tough, did it twice. The 1km ascension onto the Västerbron bridge on the second loop is a killer. You might want ot do some god up-hill running sessions. But the area you train in, Hammarbyhöjden, is a good preparation terrain.

You’re more than welcome to join our 12 min run (Cooper test) on next Saturday, March 7th. Feel start at 3 p.m. at Liikkuntamylly, in Myllypuro. There’ll be some 10-15 runners running between 2800 m and 3800 m.

@Juhana
Sounds good, I had it in the two week plan on the sidebar already. I was thinking of 3km warm-up beforehand, 3pm was the start of the test, right?

3 p.m. it is. Actually, it’s more likely going to be like 3.05 or 3.10 p.m. as some runners usually show up the last minute. Anyway, there should be plenty of runners to pace you for a good result.
